The 2024 Mackie Memorial handicap race took place under some great conditions at Waiau Pa this morning. The 9:07 start group managed to stay away from the chasing pack and produced today’s winner: Rob Dallimore. Rob was a deserving winner, coming back to racing after a recent trip to the hospital.
The fastest male and female times came from Steve Furminger and Jaye Atkin, completing the course in 1:47:11 and 1:54:41 respectively.
