Regrettably the committee have been forced to cancel this weekend’s Club Championships due to a lack of entries. The club thanks all of those who did enter for showing their support to the club.
CMC is a club run by volunteers and relies upon membership fees and race entry fees to be able to pay for the races it puts on. Ultimately racing can only continue if enough people come along and support the club on a regular basis. We will be trying some new things in 2024 to try and create some more interest, but please spread the word to your cycling friends and encourage them to come and pin on a number. CMC is the only club running road cycling races in Auckland and its continued operation relies on the support of its members.
Anyone wishing to volunteer and join the committee to help us turn things around in 2024 please get in touch.
